Renowned filmmaker Steven Spielberg commissioned and owned the yacht from its delivery until 2021, naming it “Seven Seas” in honor of his seven children. In 2021, Spielberg sold the yacht to Canadian billionaire Barry Zekelman, owner of one of North America’s largest steel manufacturers.
