People don’t realise how much grief affects not only the mental health but your physical side as well. Losing/gaining weight quickly, not wanting to eat or eat too much, etc. That comes in waves as well.

Never have I read a truer statement. I lost my son in Sept. of 2022. Some days I'm ok just trying to make it through other days I'm crying over a song or something I see that reminds me of him.
