My pediatrician literally told me “Ok not a bunch of fruits or veggies right away and no cereal, you wanna start with healthy fats and proteins so eggs, dairy, meat sources. Thts all he needs!” I was FLOORED. We speak the same language 😁😁😁

I nanny for a family & her diet is like this( no BM) she is 20months and talks so much! Loves to read and count to 5 and loved pink & purple lol lots of greens and protein no unhealthy food
