I have indoor/outdoor cats. They are microchip and have a collor with name tag on. They don't leave the property at all and they mostly spend indoors.

He’s not a stray he has a home. I found my cat Boki outside under a shed and she couldn’t accustom to a full indoor life cat style (all my others are strictly indoors) she thrives better outside.
