Those neck pillows are good for sleeping on your back, but terrible for side sleeping. Get a SQUARE pillow, I have both and square is 10x better for side sleeping, I use it every night.

My grandfather slept on a sheet of plywood compared to modern mattresses and pillows.. he lived until 95.. you’ll be alright
