hi sir,can i dillute my every strong EO in ethanol for better projection but at last i also use 70 or 80% so the ethanol is not toomuch??

I often use those little mini bottles of "Arabic" oil perfume bottles that do not contain ethanol, I only have to use a drop and I can smell it all day long, but only when you are close to me
