My tinnitus was an indicator of hearing loss. I got hearing aids. It works while I’m wearing them. It’s hard to help tinnitus because it’s not your ears, it’s your brain.

I like my personal cicada chorus. I don’t care for it when it gets high pitched. But cicadas is like a built in sound machine.

I noticed mine started after I pulled a inner ear plug for hearing protection. One of the highest pitches you can think of, constantly every day, the quieter it is the louder it gets.

I have had tinnitus since I was 18. Went to a loud concert one day & a loud rave the next day. It damaged my ears & I've had ringing ever since. My mom is losing her hearing & has loud ringing.
