Stir in 1 tsp of gochujang (adjust to your heat preference), 1 tsp soy sauce, and the ramen’s sauce and cheese powder. Add 3-4 tbsp of heavy cream and mix well until creamy. Top with enoki mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt. Garnish with chopped chives.
