I was the same. Even other people did not realy see the weight loss.They said I looked somehow different. Now almost - 25 kg everbody sees it. It needs time for the fat cells to shrink...

I have lost 4 and a half stone so relatable I don’t feel I look different but takin pics u can see the difference and everyone around me notices it’s kinda like u develop body dysmorphia

I’m not on mj but last year I lost 3 stone and I don’t see it until I compare the pictures and that’s the ONLY way I see a difference, I don’t feel any different too but it’s a big adjustment xxx

I felt like that post sleeve surgery it made me self sabotage my eating as people were saying I lost too much . Try block out the noise of others concentrate on the none scale victories my lovely x

I'm the opposite. I've lost 3.5 stone and I feel the same but I look back at old photos and I'm confused cos I never felt that big then.. as if I was blind to it and thought I was always this size.
