Our Easy Cheesy Bread w/ Arugula and Hot Honey is your delicious go to holiday appetizer! Enjoy! Easy Cheesy Bread w/ Arugula and Hot Honey Vinaigrette Ingredients: 1 piece of puff pastry (we used Trader Joe’s) 1 package of Boursin Scallion & Chive Cheese (or herb flavor) 1 wedge of St. Andres Triple Cream Brie, rind trimmed 1 wedge of soft goat cheese, rind trimmed 1 to 2 eggs, beaten (egg wash) 1 lemon, zested and juiced 2 tbsp honey a pinch of red chili flakes 2 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil fresh ground pepper pinch of sea salt freshly grated parmesan cheese handful of fresh parsley, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Roll puff pastry out to fit pan and place on pan. Brush the whole piece of puff pastry with egg wash. Cut all 3 room temperature cheeses into small chunks. Starting with the Boursin, spread the chunks of cheese around the puff pastry, using a knife to push down and spread it a little, but maintain some of the chunkiness. Top with the pieces of the other 2 cheeses leaving about an inch around the outside. Zest the lemon directly over the top. Brush the inch around the outside with egg wash and starting with the corner, fold the “crust” in, pinching as you go, all the way around and then brush the top of the “crust with egg wash also. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes of until golden brown. Let cool.  To make vinaigrette: In a small bowl, add lemon juice, honey, red chili flakes, vinegar, olive oil, fresh pepper and sea salt. Whisk together. Sprinkle arugula over the cheesy bread and drizzle vinaigrette on top, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
