Been using Huggies fragrance free wipes for YEARS, never had an issue. Neosporin is amazing at healing pimples after they have either been popped or open up on their own. Saves me all the time!

What do you mean soft gauze and dampen it with water? Then water, you can’t flush it so you put that into your bin? Please get a bidet, even the attachable ones are good & affordable
