we kept a big stash of frozen pacifiers for when my kids were teething. it didn't stop the wakeups completely, but spaced them out so we at least got 1 REM cycle in for us.

If you put your hand gently over her eyes when u put her down she's a lot less likely to wake up when she has the startle response and starts to wake up!

I did frozen waffles with mine. I would cut them into large strips and just let him gnaw on them. But he was old enough for food by this point. Stay strong. They can’t be teething forever right? 😭
