@leancleanchad: You can’t out train a bad diet. If you want to achieve your dream physique, yes, training is important, but ~80% is nutrition. I’ve seen the biggest transformations in not only how I look, but also how I feel as a result of my nutrition. If you’ve been following me, you know I don’t think solely subsisting on chicken and rice is the answer — sustainable change comes from enjoying your meals. The answer for me has been cutting white carbs and prioritizing whole foods.
