as was said diff unis/chapters means different voting styles, my org does voting based on going through all the pnms we saw and any red, yellow, or green flags and basically tiered them 1/?

my sorority is considered non selective since it’s a professional one but we definitely still review everyone thoroughly and vote after each round- for us it’s not “easy” to dropped but we definitely don’t struggle to decide if we do drop..
