When I was around 5 I was hospitalized in ‘77 a nurse would come in and cup her hand and kinda pound my back for that reason. Same concept .

My youngest son has Cystic Fibrosis. He has a vest that airs up and vibrates to break up mucus. He uses it twice a day for 30 minutes each time.
