there's a manager who works for one company who concerns me if she has that much of a mental breakdown and gets her job back because she just straight up, took her keys and left and then said she wasn't in the right mind. she then proceeded to to state that she needed her job and came back after she told more than one person that she worked with that she was completely okay. so my question to people is how much do we tolerate of mental illness when it needs to be correctly treated with the correct physician and some of these people do not if they commit painus crimes. they do not need to be out and about in the world and need to be on constant medication or completely sedated to prevent any unnecessary stress or consequences on the victims that are now accounted for in large numbers due to no proper steps being taken
