My sister once ate a snail and I used to eat sand so much as a kid I got banned from the sandpit and did deals in the toilets to get more sand…So if anything I’d say a lil worm once in an while isn’t so bad ☺️🫶

To be honest, you haven’t eaten it. The worm itself. For all we know it could just be an very stringey bit of tuna but I’d just stop eating the rest of the food and make sure you eat a lot of roughage
