My D levels are good per my labs after taking Pure Encapsulations ONE multi and my Dr recommended I stop taking D since he was concerned it may cause my levels to increase too much close to toxicity

Few tips : omega 3, 1500mg+ ideally 3 forms, magnesium ideally complex that has more forms (glycinate, citrate etc)., vitamin d3 & k2 and for multi look for methylated form to maximize absorption
