INGREDIENTS 8 Lion bars (8 bars) 350 g white chocolate 397 g sweetened condensed milk (1 can) Caramel (optional) 200 g milk chocolate 20 ml sunflower oil 20 g rice krispies Break the white chocolate into pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Add the condensed milk. Melt using a double boiler. Take a baking dish or casserole and line it with a sheet of parchment paper. Arrange the Lion bars over it. Add the fudge mixture and spread it evenly. Drizzle caramel on top. Put the lion fudge in the refrigerator to set. Melt the milk chocolate with sunflower oil using a double boiler. Add the rice krispies and mix well. Spread the chocolate-krispie mixture over the fudge. Cover and refrigerate until the chocolate sets. Cut the lion fudge into small pieces.
