Amanda, I think it would be worth it to get your blood drawn and have a hormone panel done. I had similar symptoms and come to find out I had very low progesterone.

As someone with chronic depression I ended up just having to get rid of everything and ONLY keep what I truly need/use bc I mentally couldn’t take care of everything. It’s been amazing tbh

Of my hemorrhoids are terrible. I feel for you. I had 3 removed in July. Best thing I ever did for myself. They just never went away and always hurt.
