Rest for 3? When I used to play football at youth and senior level, we usually rest half of the time ur running, so 4 on, 2 off, 4x4.

Depends on how well trained you are. Most will improve their VO2max with this, but if you’re in really great shape, this is not enough and you would benefit more from either adding another interval or increasing the minutes per interval🫣🫣

Something that feels somewhat hard to hold for 4 minutes would be much higher than 85% of max. People can average 85% during a full marathon

The norwegians have never produced a 4x4 car. They only made the Troll car in the 50's and I think they made some small electric in the 90's and early 00's

The prosent depends on the physical form. If you have good capacity, you are likely to have to maintain higher than 85 % or even longer intervals to get progress.
