people fail to realize that’s actually such a good deal, especially in the City. rent goes for nearly $4k/mo in other parts of SF + East Bay, $1445/mo is a STEAL

The only complaint I have is the rent! My brother lives in the tenderloin and he passed away in 2011. His rent for a studio apartment was under $700 at the time. Is there laundry in the building?
