@migrationstationusa: 🚨WATERFOWL MIGRATION UPDATE - January 6th, 2025 While December was relatively mild, uneventful, and left a lot of waterfowlers disenchanted and unimpressed, January is starting off with a bang with a country-wide cold snap and heavy snowfall in some of the areas that historically stage large amounts of ducks and geese—including the “Golden Triangle” of Missouri. While it’s too little too late for those regions where season is already out, January is showing promise. And for those southern states whose seasons are still in, we believe a migration event is likely over the course of the week.
