I recommend changing your shot day to the Weds or Thursday so the GLP-1 medicine is at its strongest on the weekend. I just switched to Weds and it’s been a game changer.

Protein shakes/bars won’t make you gain weight if you’re maintaining a calorie deficit. The issue with shakes/bars is that they won’t make you feel as full and satiated as a proper meal.

Bars and shakes don’t make you gain weight if you use as a meal replacement. It’s when you start using them as snacks you get into issues. I use as emergency on the go meals l but meal prep

Protein shakes and bars are great but since they are so small they might not fill you up enough. So like 4oz chicken could have same protein as a shake but will fill you up for longer
