tbf its less time consuming, and alongside better absorption, can help a product to apply nicer. i apply most things damp except potent actives ie retinoids to avoid irritation-can use on dampskinalso

yas, there are certain hyaluronic acid serums specifically that I feel work better on almost dry skin and then hydrated with mist after applying. some serums take forever to absorb on wet skin imo
