Roll the doughs to the thickest setting on your pasta machine and cut each dough into strips about 5 mm (1/4 inch) wide. 3. Alternate the black and white strips to create a striped pattern. Gently flatten the striped pasta sheet with a rolling pin and trim the edges. 4. Pass the striped dough through the pasta machine, gradually thinning the dough to 1.2 mm thickness. 5.
