When I first got mine I would wake up without it in because middle of the night me would get sick of it and take it out. You eventually get used to it though.

i also had a fat mouthguard that made my tmj worse but i got botox and it was literally life changing. my tmj wld give me migraines but im basically headache free. also dw abt jowls if you’re young!

I have a custom fitted one from my dentist and the first few weeks were rough. I took it out after a few hours but now I can’t fall asleep without it. Give it time. And maybe take some melatonin 😅
