ive been taking command hooks with me to my favorite places and fixing this problem. so far it's successful. i even went to target, grabbed and opened a huge pack and put it in all the stalls. they are all still there 7 years later. i also put two next to the changing table on each side cause i was tired of having no place to put my bag when using it.
