That's not really true about things getting denied. Things like that mostly happen because of the lawsuit being written incorrectly. You can't really loose the case either, they can prolong it tho

Good luck! I went through this 3 years ago in my small city and damn or went so quickly and easily. The judge was so sweet, the whole thing took like 15 minutes in court and I was free. Not so bad-

it's such an easier process than most other EU countries. No 5 year waitlists, not 10 person committees to decide for you. Just one private appointment and a few letters.
I'll take it over UK or NL!!
