@yolanproductions: Let’s create together this name reveal effect in After Effects 👕🔥 First, I’m gonna select the Pen Tool and create a rough outline around the name of the player Then, I set the mask blend mode to Subtract. Now I Track Mask for the whole video I have to use the Generate Fill Layer to fill the missing part of the frame. I then duplicate the mask layer, move it to the top and set the mask mode to Add to reveal the text. I’m gonna apply the linear wipe effect to the top layer. let’s activate the keyframe to animate the Transition Completion: We start at 100%, add a keyframe, move forward a few frames and set to 0%. And finally I just easy ease the keyframes to smooth the animation with “F9”
