Ngl I sort of lived off of this when I was in college, And also sorry to my lactose intolerant friends….... *Insert your favorite competitive team*, Yay! Go Sports! Buffalo Chicken Dip: Prep: 5 minutes Total: 45mins Serves 8-10 as an appetizer Ingreidents: 2 (8oz) blocks of cream cheese 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon onion powder 4 cloves garlic, minced -optional Splash pickle juice (about 2 tablespoons) ½ or a whole Rotisserse chicken, meat removed from the bone, roughly chopped 6-8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated 3oz Havarti, freshly grated 1/2c Hot sauce of choice 1/2c Ranch or bleu cheese dressing 3oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 3-4 Green onion, finely chopped Set oven to 350 degrees To a 9x13 casserole dish add all of the ingredients except for parmesan and green onions, mix until combined then spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, add more ranch and hot sauce if desired in a thin layer, top with the parmesan and bake for 15 more minutes. When its bubbly and melty on top, remove from the oven and top with green onions. Let this sit because its going to be STINKIN’ hot. Serve with pretzels (hard or soft), chips, celery, or whatever you like to use! OR try this as a layer in wraps or sandwiches, its delish! Enjoy! To make in a slow cooker, youll do things mostly the same, add all the things to the pot, cover and cook on high for 1 1/2ish to 2 hours or give it a mix and make sure it’s hot all up in there. Sprinkle over the top with parmesan when its nice and melty, cover for 10 minutes and sprinkle the green onions. Serve when ready and enjoy, but also its still going to be hot, youve been warned! Enjoy! #buffalochickendip #sports #appetizers
