the truth is for most people it takes a very long time to work their way up though government the starting ages alone for the Senate is 30, but unlikely that a 30 year old would win

age limmit of 70 and, 2 temrs for senators, 4-6 for representatives, with no more bribes/unable to hold stocks, and earn the meddian wage of thier district (without the top 1% factored)
