Have you seen vascular medicine by chance? Mine are the same and he said it’s not raynaud’s it’s acrocyanosis! Not much different to treat but good to know

my family thinks I'm crazy but I wear yoga socks and also wooly socks on top that go to my knees just to keep my feet warm

I got put on amlodipine a month ago and it has been LIFE CHANGING for my raynauds. It’s not for everyone though because it can lower bp :(
