I wish I would have saved the video but a lady on tiktok said she called The company because she broke her attachments trying to clean it and they sent a replacement that comes apart!

take a rather large paper clip, unbend it, & work it into those edges. i have an upright bissell shampooer. when i don't have my handy dandy tool that cane with it, thats my second best option!

rinse it by running hot water through after you use it, every time. that's how I kept mine clean.
