True as a parent you should not expect to be paid back. You are investing in your childs education. If they want to pay back then no problem but it shouldnt be expected

Why even have the kid if you’re just gonna make them pay it back? If you’re able to pay for it, expecting them to think to pay it back at a quarter of your age and starting a career isn’t helpful.
