The second image that you showed and you said her tongue was falling back while she was sleep. that's the cause of sleep apnea so if you had a way to make your tongue go forward that would help you

that makes total sense. at last someone who has the knowledge of this. turbinate reduction didn't work for me either. blocked airways is the cause of sleep apnea. doctors don't care if it leads to it
