This basically happened to me when I was 6. my mom and brother were in the front of the plane and I was in the back. luckily I was with the kindest woman who spent the entire time playing with me. I'll never forget her.

When I was 7 I flew from India to NYC with my dad and he did the same thing. I started sobbing and the flight attendant moved me. He made fun of me for crying the whole flight. It’s a 18hr flight.

My kids and I fly frequently. They are older (6+), but sometimes they don’t sit with me. I get up at a minimum of 4-6 times per flight to check on them. This is SO bizarre.
