I’ve been taking the laser focus ones, and I give my kids the melatonin kids version and then my son the fiber gummies becuase he has accidents and hold his bowel movements ☺️I know that it’s not a replacement for my anxiety meds but I’ve started to take these also so I can get weened off my Zoloft. I’m currently on my first surrogacy journey and I can’t be on Zoloft for it 😅 Wish me luck!
