remove the broker's fee it's a very big burden for us an OFW.in my first contract no visiting until I finish my contract.No deduction of salary when we want for dayoff.

and hopefully Taiwan government listen that add more to salary for caretakers we give up our freedom and swallow pride to serve properly to employers just to make money but some are very abusive🥹

indeed where not robots. some of the caretaker or caregiver did not heard there voice to resolve the problem especially dayoff, hard to have consent to rest we work 24 specially for oldest.

Some of us giving complaint but don't do action were just paying brokers fee monthly without doing anything. salary of caretakers/caregivers should go up also yearly like factory workers .

And also us caretaker is difficult to request a day off.Still employer will decide if can go on day or not.We caretaker’s also not included on special holidays here like Chinese new year.

actually day off is important for anybody,we are human being need rest to regain the energy,but employer they have a option they can Hired from local for only 1 day so the worker get rest day 😘

it's okay to work more hours, but we pay for overtime work, because our body is getting tired to work for too long hours. it's not been fair to other job category here.our job is not easy to others ☹️
