I've had it the last month and I really like it. If I don't complete tasks, or anything, it NEVER sends me notifications like "Aww, I'm so sad, pls help me" or anything to guilt trips me. It just offers quick pick-me-ups I can use if I need and gentle reminders that I am enough 😊. It's honestly really cute and I love it. I have chronic ADHD and can't stick to anything, but I've stuck to this for almost a month.

As someone with really bad depression to the point of neglecting my own health and hygiene, it’s a really good app :) I play games a lot to distract myself so assigning what I’d normally see as “chores” with fun little game goals really helped me actually start to push myself

All jokes aside i actually love finch. Me and sassy have been going strong for 3 years, It really helps me create routines, i love to send her on adventures and see what she learns. All around, this app is REALLY well set up. So many apps basically require you to pay to use normal things. Finch is absolutely usable without purchasing the plus package thingy
