Factoring in the fact that books have double-sided pages, it brings it back down to 138 pages, so don’t worry, you’re still good!!

Girl, ACOTAR books are easily 800+ pages. the scholastic version of order of the Phoenix is 912 pages. you're fine.

Not a writer, but this sounds like a non-problem. Length in a fantasy book is a good thing imo. Flesh out the world, characters etc. And you can cut down if need be but don’t stifle yourself!

I also think it's important to note that with editing things will get taken out, rewritten, or replaced. just write the entire thing and worry about it later! pls most fantasies are like 500+ anyways

as a reader I prefer books that are longer than 100 pages, 400-650 is usually preferred cuz it gives me more time to enjoy it
