I’ve used pork belly from @danishcrown.dk and it’s perfect to fry with this sticky, sweet and spicy marinade. Try the recipe and remember to save it. Here is the recipe for 4 portions: Sweet chili sauce: 4 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. chili paste 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce 4 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. ketchup 50 ml water Additionally: 500 g pork belly 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 onion, chopped 200 g broccolini 1 mango, cut into cubes Rice, cooked Spring onions, sliced Sesame seeds Cilantro Sweet chili sauce: Mix all ingredients (except water) together to make a marinade. Cut the pork belly into thick cubes and sauté in a pan for about 10 minutes until the meat is browned. Remove the meat from the pan. Sauté garlic and onion in the pan. Pour the sauce into the pan and add water. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens, then add the meat and cook for about 5-10 minutes. The sauce should be sticky and glaze the meat. Blanch the broccolini in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Serve marinated pork with rice, broccolini and mango. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions, and cilantro.
