@pritieats: Dried Apples So here’s a little fun fact- you can make these for your dog or just for yourself to throw in oatmeal, cereal or whatever you want. They just happen to be a super easy, crunchy, healthy and delicious alternative to store bought dog treats. Preheat your oven to 250, peel and slice your apples, line them on a parchment lines sheet tray and bake for 2.5-3 hours until apples have dried out (depending on the thickness of the slice they make take more or less time) then turn oven off and allow them to cool before storing them in a cool, dark place. You can keep these for up to 4 months in dry storage.
