my favorite breakfast during the weekend AND it’s protein packed🤭 Recipe: 2 cups @Breakstones 🧀 cottage cheese 2 eggs 1 cup oats 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp baking powder *Makes for 5-6 pancakes 1. Mix all ingredients in a blender 2. Grease a pan with butter and add the mix with @Wyman’s frozen blueberries 3. Cook each side on medium low heat until golden brown 4. Mix 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1 tsp peanut butter 5. Stack pancakes with yogurt mix in between #cottagecheese #proteinpancakes #healthybreakfastideas #cottagecheesepancakes
