In Spanish they could have done “TBO” which is pronounced as “Te be o” = “Te veo” = I see you. But obviously it wouldn’t work anyway cause it’s intensive care unit 💔

In Spanish Beatrice said "cuidado/ten cuidado" which would mean she told him to be careful but then he realized she was reading the sign Cuidados Intensivos (ICU)

In Portuguese they adapted because here, ICU is UTI (Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo). Bojack thinks that she said "Você é útil" (you are useful) but he realizes that she was reading the sign UTI
