@tylerpath: The best way to warmup for a heavy lifting session is to take as many warmup sets as necessary only doing a few reps at a time (you’ll avoid excessive fatigue this way). With that said, these warmup reps shouldn’t be half effort, you should pretend the weight is as heavy as your working weight and contract just as hard. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
