I've just been diagnosed with sleep apnea. waiting for the referral for the CPAP equipment now. I'm somewhat anxious though cos I'm claustrophobic. I hate anything on my face and nose!

I have that mask but I'm left with a big red sore mark every morning on one side of my nose I've tried a plaster , no joy any tips
