@teds_zaza: Homemade Pizza Day 7. Used my leftover Gochujang Soju Sauce and topped the pie with Sopressata. The Gochujang vodka sauce is so good- not too strong and balanced. Baked on a baking steel 550 degrees farenheiht. Made this dough before cooking day 6, so didn’t reduce the yeast.
