She should have explained better and made it absolutely clear what she meant by that. While going for a few days without talking isn’t outside of normal one text every 4 days for weeks is unacceptable

I don't feel either are in the wrong. As someone with very bad depression, working 2 jobs, on top of other things, I get into spaces like that where I cannot bring myself to message literally any one.

She definitely didn’t communicate the exact of what that time would look like. My partner has to be away for long times with no cell service but I KNOW THAT and that’s a huge difference
