I live in California they gave me 3 minutes to go over the place to see if there were any damages and told me to hurry up. They never took any pictures prior to us living there.

Lost some deposit money because the landlord said it went to the cleaning lady for coming out. I didn't leave it a mess or anything the next tenant could move right in.

What if the property manager gives you a paper sign you don’t get your deposit back because you didn’t pay all of it upfront and had to make payments can I take that to court?
